The Hot New Super Food
Bone Broth

Bone broth pic

Bone broth is a perfect example of, "what is old is new again".  Broth is an ancient food that has been used for ages.

Broth is both inexpensive and so very beneficial, it is also packed with nutrients.  It is a source of bio available nutrients that are easy to digest. Its amino acid structure and high gelatin content makes it healing and soothing for the gut and enhances absorption.

Bone broth helps to heal the gut.  If you have ever been on any kind of antibiotic or drug, your gut needs healing.  The gelatin in broth helps heal the mucosal lining of the digestive tract.  If you have a healthy digestive system you will absorb nutrients properly.

The collagen and gelatin in bone broth supports hair, skin and nail health.  It also contains glucosamine, chondroitin, sulphates and other compounds that support joint health.  Collagen needs amino acids and bone broth provides that.  Collagen keeps the skin smooth, firm and reduces wrinkles.
